Was told I needed a new generator. Call for an estimate. Mike came and checked and saw that it could be fixed. His crew did a great job and saved me $6000!

I found East Hampton Energy Solutions online. I called them because they are an authorized Koehler dealer and are located in East Hampton. They returned my initial call promptly and gave me a 2-day-later appointment to service our stand-by generator on Shelter Island. The woman with whom I spoke was very nice and quite helpful. This morning 2 service technicians arrived just when promised. They, also, were very nice and professional. They accomplished the service call, cleaned the unit, and explained to me exactly what they did. Then I received a call from the office to report to me what had been done and to set up a return service call in 6 months. When I checked my email I found pictures the technicians had taken of our generator.<br><br>I am totally pleased with my experience with East Hampton Energy Solutions. We do have an annual service contract, so I shall be seeing them again. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

When I realized my generator wasn’t running, I called East Hampton Energy Solutions. They scheduled me right away, assessed the situation and recommended a repair solution. Their service was quick, thorough and fairly priced, and they got my generator working perfectly. Highly recommend.

East Hampton Energy Solutions was heroic! The local electric company that sold us and installed our generator, assured, us that even though the town said the generator was too close to our property line, that it would pass inspection. It did not. We were trying to close on our house and had only a couple of days to remedy the situation. The company that installed it’s told it’s told us they were too busy and to call another company which we did.East Hampton energy was amazing. Although they said they were also very busy, they stepped up. They got it done. They worked with us closely and they saved the day. They get absolutely five stars for being professional and very good at what they do. Highly recommend them.

Very well run company. Installation process with Mike (owner) managed all subcontractors. The process was well communicated throughout. Everybody did exactly what they said they’d do, on time, thorough, responsive, etc. It was refreshing. Skylar, in the office, was available to handle any clerical questions. So far, a great outfit.
